The City Commission adopt the proposed ordinance.

explanation

At its meeting of April 8, 2002, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance reducing board of adjustment fees of $450.00 to $225.00.  At the direction of the City Manager, the reduction becomes effective on October 1, 2002.
