During the last several years, the city has annexed properties into the City.  The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone the properties to the appropriate city zoning district or districts.

The City Commission, authorized the City Attorney's office to prepare and advertise the necessary ordinance rezoning certain lands within the City of Gainesville.
