Recommendation
The City Commission refer the following issues to the City Manager for a report back: 1) Right-of-way issues around the plaza after hours; 2) restroom availability, specifically on Thanksgiving Day; 3) Downtown Ambassador Volunteer Program; and 4) WiFi Downtown.
