Explanation

At the July 10, 2000 City Commission Meeting former Commissioner Mark Goldstein submitted a copy of an Ordinance # 2000-08 from Orange County regarding definitions of "boardinghouse", "family", "lodging house" and "student housing" to the City Commission for their review.  

Recommendation

The City Commission refer Mark Goldstein's request to the Codes Enforcement Committee.
