This ordinance amends Chapter 23. Article II of the Gainesville Code of Ordinances, which establishes a uniform naming system for all streets within the City.  The purpose of this ordinance is to clarify that the City has the authority to designate privately owned roads in the same manner that it designates publicly owned roads.
