This is a request to have the FY17 Annual Report of the City Beautification Board accepted by the Clerk of the Commission.

Explanation

The Municipal Code of the City of Gainesville requires the City Beautification Board to file an annual report with the Clerk of the Commission.  This report outlines the accomplishments of the Board, expenditures for the year and anticipated expenditures for the coming fiscal year.
