Explanation

At the April 23, 2001 City Commission meeting, Tour Manager Marcus Lapratt for the World Youth Choir came before the City Commission and requested funding assistance for two meals and lodging for 88 musicians for August 10, 2001. 

Recommendation

The City Commission refer the World Youth Choir funding request to the City Manager and have the Cultural Affairs Department see if there is anything the City can do to offer assistance.
