Resolution for Amendment to Tri-Party Agreement for Townsend Phase One Subdivision (B)
Explanation
On December 9, 2002, the City Commission accepted and approved the final plat of Townsend, Phase One, and the associated Tri-Party Agreement. The Subdivider has requested that the Tri-Party Agreement be extended due to scheduling difficulties with his contractor. The requested extension does not violate the terms and conditions of the Planned Development Zoning.

Recommendation
The City Commission adopt the Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the amendment to the Tri-Party Agreement with a lending institution and the subdivider of Townsend, Phase One, which secures the construction and completion of the improvements required under the ordinances of the City of Gainesville.
