explanation

On July 26, 2004, the City Commission adopted the City of Gainesville Cable Television Ordinance.  The Cable Television Ordinance provided that fees for new applications are to be set forth in Appendix A, Schedule of Fees, Rates and Charges of the Gainesville Code of Ordinances.  Those values have been determined and are included in the attached ordinance.
