At its meeting on August 28, 2006, the City Commission referred to the City Attorney's Office a review of the Sister City resolution presented by a representative of the Gainesville/Duhok Sister City Program.  The City Attorney's office prepared the attached Resolution and Agreement in collaboration with the Sister City Program of Gainesville, Inc.
