The City Commission adopt the proposed ordinance.

explanation

At its meeting on March 15, 2012, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an amendment to the current Itinerant Food Vendors Ordinance to extend the hours of operation from 10:00 P.M. to 3:00 A.M.  This change will allow both vending booth vendors and itinerant food vendors within the Central City District, and vending booth vendors in the College Park Special Area Plan to operate during the extended hours.
