Explanation

CRA Staff would like to offer it's condolences to Mr. Timothy Bey's family on his passing after a sudden illness.  Mr. Bey was a member of the Fifth Avenue Pleasant Street (FAPS) Redevelopment Advisory Board from June 2005 to July 2007 and was elected Vice-Chair of the FAPS Board in October 2006.  Staff would like to acknowledge Mr. Bey's dedication and community service to the Fifth Avenue Pleasant Street neighborhood.
