At its meeting of July 26, 2004, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to prepare and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance repealing Chapter 3 of the Code of Ordinances "Airports and Aviation."  Chapter 3 has been preempted and superseded by Federal and State law, is largely unenforceable and is otherwise not needed.
