Title Provision of Quick Copy Services Explanation On May 4, 1999, the City solicited 13 vendors for the provision of Quick Copy Services. Purchasing received six responses (three were "No Bid"). The attached Bid Tabulation indicates a breakdown of prices. The bids were evaluated based on pricing, turnaround time and hours of operation. Fiscal Note Funds for provision of Quick Copy Services are budgeted and available annually in each individual departmental allocation. Recommendation The City Commission authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a Contract with Kinko's for the provision of quick copy services for the period October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000, with an option of two 1-year extensions upon satisfactory performance, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and legality and subject to appropriation of funds for FY 1999/2000.
