Explanation 

The petitioner is requesting a single-lot replat of Lot 4 of "The Meadows" subdivision because there is an encroachment of the house and second story wood deck into the 15-foot, south side yard setback line indicated on the record plat of The Meadows subdivision.  The replat will reduce a portion of the required setback to a range of 3.47 to 6.12 feet.  The petitioner has received agreement by all owners of the lots in The Meadows subdivision to the replat of Lot 4 to accommodate the encroachment of the house and wooden deck.
