McGinley, as Trustee and Surviving Trustee UTD July 11, 1990; Alachua County Circuit Court; Case No.: 01-08-CA-001033.
explanation
On February 26, 2010, Gainesville Regional Utilities was served with a summons and complaint. Plaintiffs allege that real property they own adjacent to Deerhaven is landlocked. One means of access to their property is across the City's property, which is fenced to provide security to the Deerhaven Plant. Plaintiffs have also named in the complaint other owners of property across which they might gain access to their property. The Plaintiffs ask the court to establish a Way of Necessity to their property across one of the Defendants' property.
