Explanation

On September 5, 2019, the City Commission voted to host Town Hall events in every district during FY20.  The Town Hall events will be opportunities for members of the public to provide official comment to the City Commission in their own communities.  The first Town Hall will be hosted in District 1 and chaired by District 1 Commissioner Gigi Simmons.  It will be held at Ironwood Golf Course (2100 NE 39^th Ave, Gainesville) on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at 5:30pm.

Recommendation:

The City Commission will listen to public comment.
