explanation
At its meeting on March 5, 1998, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk to advertise an ordinance amending the land development code, establishing new development standards for Traditional City and Central Corridors areas. This item was originally presented to the City Commission as Petition No. 186TCH-97PB. Since the petition imposes two different special area plans, the City Attorney prepared two separate ordinances.
The Community Development Department has incorporated changes to this ordinance and they are referenced in the attached memo and indicated in the text of the ordinance by underlines.
