The City Commission authorize the Mayor to execute, and Clerk of the Commission to attest, the final Order.

explanation
On March 27, 2006, the City Commission, at its regular meeting, held a de novo, quasi-judicial appeal pursuant to section 30-112(d)(7)i., Gainesville Code of Ordinances.  The appeal was heard at the request of the Appellant, James Konish, for the purpose of considering the decision of the Historic Preservation Board to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness with conditions.  At the conclusion of the March 27, 2006 appeal, the City Commission voted to affirm the finding of the Historic Preservation Board.  The Code of Ordinances requires the City Commission decision to be embodied in a written order.
