Recommendation
Recommended Motion:  The City Commission:  1) authorize the Mayor to execute the Easement supplied by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida, subject to approval by the City Attorney as to form and legality; and 2) authorize the City Manager to record the Easement document in the Public Records of Alachua County.

Alternative Recommendation A: The City Commission deny the request but continue the maintenance and management of public right-of-way on property owned by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida.
