This is a request for the City Commission to remove the Human Resources Family Leave Policies from the General Policy Committee Referral list.

Explanation

The Human Resources Family Leave Policies (#160774) and Paid Parental Leave (#170195) were made as two separate  referrals to the General Policy Committee, despite being identical in language and intent. Staff is presently working under the Paid Parental Leave referral, and would like to recommend that the Human Resources Family Leave Policy be removed from the General Policy Referral list at this time.
