Recommendation

The City Commission find that civil emergency conditions exist arising from Tropical Storm Fay so that the Mayor may suspend the provisions of the agreement between the City of Gainesville and Professional Fire Fighters of Gainesville Local No. 2157 of the International Association of Fire Fighters during the time of the declared emergency.
