GCRA DRAFT Reinvestment Plan Update (B)

Explanation

This is a continuation of the February 18 GCRA Advisory Board Meeting. The Board moved to call a special meeting to continue the discussion on the Reinvestment Plan Agenda Item and provided staff with feedback. The feedback from the Advisory Board and from the Final Draft Reinvestment Plan Public Workshop that was held on February 19, 2020 has been incorporated into the plan and will be presented.
