Information Item A.  Proposed new office building in the Northeast Residential Historic District at 203 NE 1^st Street.

Explanation

The applicants are proposing to build a new office building at 203 NE 1^st Street, to replace an existing non-contributing office building currently on the site.  The applicants have had a First Step meeting where they explained their initial ideas about the proposed development. 

Recommendation

Staff recommends the board hear the presentation and provide feedback to the applicants.
