Lighting Standards (NB)
Explanation
On August 14, 2000, the City Commission referred the issue of lighting to the Community Development Committee to work on lighting standards. The Community Development Committee has discussed the issue several times and the Planning Division has prepared a petition which returned to the City Commission for first ordinance reading on January 28. The draft petition has been made available to the County and other municipalities.
Recommendation
The Community Development Committee recommends that the City Commission remove this item from the referral list.
