As part of the City of Gainesville Fiscal Year 2009 - 2010 Strategic Planning process, the City Manager prepares a quarterly report on accomplishments related to the City Commission strategic goals and initiatives for each quarter of the Fiscal Year.  This is the fourth quarter report for Fiscal Year 2009.
