Title Thomas Center Endowment Trust Fund Resolution Explanation The City of Gainesville previously created the Thomas Center Endowment Trust Fund for purposes of receiving funds for the sole use and benefit of the Thomas Center. The Thomas Center Endowment Trust Fund existed for a term of twenty (20) years and was then terminated in accordance with its original provisions. It has been determined that the continued existence of the Thomas Center Endowment Trust Fund would be beneficial to the Thomas Center and to the City of Gainesville. Fiscal Note None Recommendation The City Commission adopt the proposed Resolution establishing a perpetual care trust known as the Thomas Center Endowment Trust Fund for purposes of receiving funds for the sole use and benefit of the City owned Thomas Center located in the City of Gainesville.
