Explanation

In order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the General Policy Committee, the Committee will plan its work by quarter. At this meeting, the Committee will decide which items will be heard during the third quarter of FY22 and will schedule them accordingly. Per the City Commission rules, all outstanding referrals to the General Policy Committee will be sunset on April 30^th of each year, unless the Committee votes to retain a referral for further work. General Policy Meetings for Q3 are scheduled for April 14th, April 28th, May 12th, and May 26th. The next administrative session will be June 9th.

Recommendation:

The General Policy Committee set its agendas for the 3rd quarter of FY22 and discuss whether any referrals should be retained for further work prior to the automatic sunset date of April 30th.
