explanation
The proposed amended tentative General Government Budget for Fiscal Year 2003-2004 as set forth in Exhibit "A" is hereby submitted as prepared by the Office of Management and Budget (O.M.B.). The attached resolution includes changes to the budget since it was last presented. The O.M.B. staff will address any questions about these changes at the Commission meeting.
The Budget will be presented for further consideration at a public hearing to be held on Monday, September 22, 2003 in conjunction with the approval of a millage rate to fund said budget.
