This item provides a report on the progress of the City Commission's Strategic Goals and Initiatives for the 3^rd quarter of Fiscal Year 2011.

Explanation

As part of the City of Gainesville Fiscal Year 2011 - 2012 Strategic Planning process, the City Manager prepares a quarterly report on accomplishments related to the City Commission strategic goals and initiatives for each quarter of the Fiscal Year.  This is the third quarter report for Fiscal Year 2011.
