Explanation

John Wagner, Attorney for Trader Tom's Florida Fried Chicken, Inc., (Trader Tom's) requested an amendment to the Agreement with the City and Trader Tom's, entered into on October 20, 1998.  Trader Tom's requested Section 13 be amended to include "certified security officer or police academy graduate" in the language.
