Staff from the City's Strategic Planning Division will provide information on the City's Performance Measurement and Benchmarking efforts.
Explanation
In order to improve City services and organizational efficiencies, each department is required to participate in a performance measurement program. Some of these programs include benchmarking with other communities within the State of Florida and across the country. Strategic Planning staff will make a presentation on the City's programs and the type of information being produced.

The City Commission hear the presentation and take any appropriate action, if necessary.
