Baseball Uniform Bid Extension (B)
Explanation
In July 1999, the Purchasing Division requested bids for Baseball Uniforms. That bid was awarded to Coleman's Sports Shop for a term of one year, allowing for two one-year extensions. Due to Coleman's excellent service during the term of the contract, the Recreation and Parks Department wishes to exercise its first extension option.

Funding is available in the baseball special account.
Recommendations
The City Commission approve the first extension to the contract with Coleman's Sport Shop and the issuance of a purchase order for FY 2001 baseball uniforms in an amount not to exceed $30,000, for the period of October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001.
