Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for the Development and Disposition of Property (B)

Explanation

While preparing for the transfer of the Phase II property to AMJ staff has determined that there is a scrivener's error in Exhibit B of the Development and Disposition Agreement.  Exhibit B of the current Development and Disposition Agreement requires changes to the East /West references in several locations.   This error must be corrected before the next property transfer can take place. 

On November 19, 2001, the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) approved the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for the Development and Disposition of Property, authorized the Executive Director to execute the document on behalf of the CRA, and recommended that the City Commission approve the same amendment.
