Explanation

On September 3, 2015, the City Commission authorized implementation of a 3rd party hotline tool for reporting fraud, waste and abuse allegations for audit investigation. 

Recommendation

The Audit and Finance Committee recommends that the City Auditor make a presentation to the City Commission on the implementation of the hotline reporting system.
