Explanation

On July 1, 2002, the Community Development Committee discussed this referral.  Staff reported that the guidelines being drafted for the University Heights Historic Districts are taking into account the redevelopment goals of the University Heights Special Area Plan.  Staff indicated that a report from the consultant preparing those guidelines would go to the City Commission in fall of this year.

The Community Development Committee to the City Commission: remove this item from the referral list.
