explanation
On July 28, 2009, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 090208, to approve the Proposed Tentative General Government Financial and Operating Plan, and authorized staff to take appropriate actions to implement this new and increased program fee. This proposed ordinance establishes regulations and a fee structure for open and outdoor burning in the City of Gainesville.
This ordinance requires two hearings. Should the Commission adopt this ordinance on first reading, second and final reading of the ordinance will be October 1, 2009.
