Explanation

 The General Policy Committee is being asked, if it will continue its currently scheduled GPC meetings for the quarter.  If so, the Committee will decide which items will be heard during the third quarter and will schedule them accordingly. General Policy meetings are scheduled for August 13th, August 27th, September 10th, and September 24th.

Recommendation
The General Policy Committee will set their agendas for the third quarter.
