At its last meeting, the City Commission referred a discussion item on the Promotion of Minority Owned and Minority Oriented Opportunities Special Committee to the General Policy Committee.   Discussion topics will include committee composition and a sunset date of December 31, 2016 with policy/procedure recommendations for consideration by the City Commission in the future.
