Explanation

Reports from the nine (9) Transition Committees were received by the City Commission during the June 14, 2004 meeting.  The Commission referred the reports to the City Manager and asked staff to report back to the Commission on July 12, 2004.  Subsequently, staff reviewed the recommendations and placed them into a standardized format.  By each item, staff has indicated whether or not the recommendation is currently being addressed.  As requested, in those cases where no action is underway, staff has then suggested the name of a standing committee for potential City Commission referral.

None at this time.

Recommendation

The City Commission review the City Manager's and General Manager's combined report and assign un-addressed recommendations to the appropriate City Commission standing committee.
