Explanation
Doris Bardon representative Women for Wise Growth came before the City Commission to request that the City co-sponsor this event by providing a City bus for March 12, 2005 from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The group will meet at Westside Park at 8:30 AM.
Recommendation
The City Commission authorize the appropriate amount of funds from the City Commission Contingency Fund for transportation via RTS and other ancillary expenses for the upcoming Gainesville Creek Systems Field Trip, March 12, 2005.
