Explanation

At the May 29, 2001 City Commission Meeting, John Hudson came before the City Commission at Citizens Comment to discuss concerns of healthy trees being damaged or removed due to the treating and removal of infested pine trees.  He specifically addressed the Slemins Property (a large parcel between Bivins Arm Nature Park and the Kirkwood neighborhood).  He provided the City Commission with a map, 4 photographs and a letter regarding this.

Recommendation

The City Commission accept the back-up provided by John Hudson.
