An Ordinance of the City of Gainesville, Florida; amending the Planned Development commonly known as "Metro Corp " located in the vicinity of 3701 Northwest 40th Terrace by extending the time for the development of Lots 3 and 4 approval to December 31, 2006; by adopting revised development plan maps and a revised planned development report; amending and adopting additional conditions and restrictions; providing for penalties; providing a severability clause; providing a repealing clause; and providing an immediate effective date.
