Second Extension of Ironwood Grounds Maintenance Agreement (B)
Explanation
The City's current three-year contract with OneSource Golf and Landscape, Inc., for grounds maintenance at Ironwood Golf Course, expired September 30, 2000. The contract provides for two one-year extensions, based on satisfactory performance. OneSource Golf and Landscape Services, Inc. is experienced in Ironwood's standards and continues to work well with the Golf Course Division staff. Staff is recommending the City extend the current contract for the second one-year period at the contract price of $427,077.48.
Fiscal Note
Funds are available in the FY 2002 Ironwood Golf Course Contractual Services Account.
Recommendation
The City Commission approve the second extension to the contract with OneSource Golf and Landscape Services, Inc. for grounds maintenance at Ironwood Golf course in the amount of $427,077.48 for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002.
