All citizen advisory board members, including members of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) should be aware of the legal context and constraints associated with board membership.  A representative from the City Attorney’s Office will present information regarding AHAC’s Authority and Powers, the Sunshine Law, the Public Records Law, Ethics, and Legislative vs. Quasi-Judicial decisions.
