Resolution for Conveying Property along SW 36th Terrace to FDOT (B)
Explanation
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is reconstructing SR 26 (University Avenue) and SR 26-A (SW 2nd Avenue) from SW 38th Street to North-South Drive. Included in this project is work along SW 36th Terrace, south of SR 26-A. FDOT is requesting the City convey approximately 0.04 acres for maintenance of drainage inlet pipes and curbing to facilitate this project.
Fiscal Note
There is no fiscal impact from this request.
Recommendation
The City Commission: 1) adopt the Resolution; and 2) authorize the Mayor to execute deed conveying 0.04 acres along SW 36th Terrace, south of SR 26-A, to FDOT for maintenance of drainage inlet pipes and curbing.
