A Resolution approving the final plat of "Walnut Creek, a Planned Development, Phase I", located in the vicinity of the south side of N.W. 39th Avenue between N.W. 25th Court and N.W. 27th Court; authorizing the Mayor and Clerk of the Commission to execute a Tri-Party Agreement for the construction of improvements; and providing an immediate effective date. The City Commission: 1) authorize the Mayor and Clerk of the Commission to execute the Final Order as prepared by the City Attorney; and 2) adopt the Resolution approving the final plat.

The City Commission, at its meeting of May 1, 2003, announced its oral order in the matter of Jerome Kelly, Agent for George E. Fletcher and Gloria W. Fletcher, Petitioners - Petition No. 142SUB-00PB, Phase I (Legistar No. 001117). At the conclusion of the hearing, the City Commission voted to approve the petition. City Commission Rules require the decision to be embodied in a written order. Copies of the proposed order as prepared by the City Attorney were submitted to the Petitioner, the Staff, and affected parties.
Walnut Creek, A Planned Development Phase I, is a 73-lot single-family residential subdivision and is subject to the requirements of Ordinance 991267 as amended. It is located in the 2600 block of Northwest 39th Avenue. The subdivision will have public streets and private alleys. Sidewalks will be constructed on both sides of all streets in accordance with code requirements.
