On August 23, 2004, the City Commission, at its regular meeting, adopted ordinance 031133. The ordinance contained minor scrivener's errors that can only be corrected by ordinance. Specifically, ordinance 031133 inadvertently omitted day care centers as a use by right in the RMF-5 (12 units/acre) residential low-density zoning and RC districts and also contained a typographical error in Table 2, Accessory Uses. The ordinance proposed to be drafted will be limited to a correction of these errors.
