Explanation

During the August 2, 2004 Joint City Commission meeting with Alachua County, the City Commission voted to execute an interlocal agreement with the County to establish a funding agreement, if a third access channel is activated prior to July 31, 2007.  City and County staffs have worked to produce the interlocal agreement.

Recommendation

The City Commission approve the Interlocal Agreement in substantially the form presented by staff.
