Title Florida Court Neighborhood Recommendation The City Commission 1) accept the Public Works Committee's recommendation to the Public Safety Committee for a variance to the City Policy to permit the installation of additional street lights at the Florida Court Neighborhood as provided at this meeting and presented by Traffic Engineering (attached), 2) to recommend that Traffic Engineering staff mail out ballot letters to all property owners in that neighborhood regarding desired time and days for controlled vehicular parking (permits), and 3) to recommend an additional ballot letter to all property owners be sent on the recommended option for traffic circulation/calming measures; noting in the letters that failure to return the ballots equates to a favorable vote
